Ongoing Support

• Seasonal check-ins to ensure your wedding plans are progressing smoothly.

• A detailed planning meeting one month before your wedding to:

  • Finalize your wedding day vision.

  • Exchange vendor contact details.

  • Create a comprehensive wedding day timeline and MC notes.

Vendor & Venue Coordination

• Liaise with all your wedding vendors and provide each with a tailored timeline.

• One on-site venue visit to review logistics and finalize your floorplan.

• Attend your wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone is prepared.

Wedding Day Coordination (Up 10 to Hours)

• Oversee the wedding day timeline and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Supervise styling or assist with DIY setup as required.

• Greet and guide vendors during their setup.

• Welcome and greet guests at the ceremony.

• Cue the wedding party and ceremony music for a seamless entrance.

• Assist with coordinating group photos and cocktail hour.

• Prepare the bridal party for portraits and coordinate the grand entrance into the reception.

• This package does not include full wedding planning services.

• This package is based off an 8 hour service from 10 am - 6 pm.
