-Meet with the couple one month prior to their big day, to discuss wedding details exchange contact details for vendors they've organized and discuss vision & timeline for the day.

 ​- Confirm vision & timeline with the ceremony & reception staff to ensure everything will run smoothly as per couples requirements two weeks prior.

​-Attend your wedding rehearsal.

-Meet & greet your guests at the ceremony & prepare for arrival.

-Usher guests to reception location.  

-Meet & prepare Bridal Party after photoshoot & prepare for reception entrance.

​-Ensure reception formalities follow couples Wedding Agenda.​
